Web 2.0 for Pearl Harbor survivors

Being that today is the anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack, I thought I'd point out a site, launched earlier this year, which uses Web 2.0 features to highlight Pearl Harbor survivors and their families.
Survivors (or their families) can post their profiles, photos, location on Dec. 7, their memories and other details on the Pearl Harbor Survivors Project. They can also call a number and make an audio recording of their story, which is then turned into an audio file and shared on the site.
The project, sponsored by the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund, also includes a map that places survivors based on where they were that morning, letting people click on a certain battleship, for instance, to see those survivors' profiles. Eventually, the developers hope to include tools to help them and their families connect with one another, such as message boards or chat rooms.
